What puasa can do for you?
When you were young, puasa was hell. When you grow older, puasa gets easier. By the time you finish work, you worry about getting home in time for breaking fast with the family etc etc. Is it because older people have less time to think about food compared to children? If such is the case, then when come puasa time, we should force our children to spend more time doing work than usual. Make them go to kedai every hour. Make them wash their shoes every other day, gosok kain, basuh pinggan and COOK for you ! If they complain about tiredness, maybe it is because they had food that was under-nutritient during sahur. So, pump them with vitamins, supplements and other Weider's strength building food. At the end of the day, we get children who gets through puasa day with ease, can perform multiple task without complaining, you get to rest (since they do most of the chores) and a healthy child with Arnold Schwarnegger arms and legs.
